Salary Information:
- Base Salary Range: $86,000 - $114,000.
- Additional Benefits: May qualify for annual incentive and/or comprehensive benefits.

Experience and Education Requirements:
- Years of Experience: 2-4 years with a BS/BA Degree or 3-5 years of work experience.
- Education: BS/BA Degree preferred.
Skills Required:
- Hard Skills:
- Expertise in the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) process.
- Proficiency in review platforms like Relativity.
- Familiarity with forensic collections tools and platforms such as Nuix.
- Understanding of Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR) under GDPR/CPRA.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and interface effectively with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel and maintain a sense of humor in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
Job Summary and Responsibilities:
- Position: eDiscovery Case Lead at Sony Pictures' Global Investigative Services.
- Role Overview: Manage eDiscovery case operations and provide technical support to review teams. Coordinate with internal and external legal teams, IT, and other investigative personnel.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage eDiscovery case management and operational tasks.
- Liaise with case points of contact and support initial case creation, forensic collections, evidence processing, and review workspace setup.
- Analyze and review eDiscovery workflows for efficiency and improvements.
- Maintain technical documentation and provide technical support to appropriate departments.
- Evaluate and assist in integrating new products into existing workflows.
- Objective: To enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of eDiscovery processes and support investigative initiatives within Sony Pictures, ensuring robust case management and technical support for legal reviews.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Review platform certification (e.g., RCA) is preferred.
- Experience with O365 and Google Business.
- Corporate/In-House legal experience.
- Enthusiasm for technology with the ability to learn new topics independently.
