• Focus will be on the CoComelon, Blippi, Little Angel, and Morphle brands – but the role also covers broader social media strategy for the business

We want to get parents and guardians talking - you'll drive this by knowing what they are passionate about and creating content that elevates the digital profile of our brands (with both rapid responses to cultural trends as well as methodical and proactive strategy)
• Establish, maintain, and strengthen our brand voice/tone and branding through social content strategy, calendar planning, community management and editorial curation
• Entrepreneurial mindset - the dynamic nature of our business is exciting to you; and you have the maturity to be flexible in pursuit of what's best for the overall business. You have a high tolerance for change, and the capacity to accomplish enormous amounts of work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Managing existing social media team, as well as growing the team by hiring exceptional talent to effectively deliver the social media strategy.

• A social/editorial/marketing expert with 8 years of leading multiple-platform social campaigns and delivering nuanced, insight-based social strategies
• Proven experience of developing innovative social media strategies that meet long range plans with clearly defined KPI's and being able to track success
• Ability to evangelize social media strategies and align all stakeholders to buy in to the vision

• 8 years of developing organic social creative that algorithms reward. You're intentional with what you want to achieve with each piece of content: impressions, engagement, new audiences, converting to purchase behavior - or a combination of all of them
• Strong global IQ and the ability to work with teams and external stakeholders from different markets and geographical regions
• You have demonstratable experience of being ahead of the curve and identifying trends early
• You are comfortable establishing (instead of adhering to) effective and efficient workflows
• The ability to constructively partner and debate with all functional partners, including: Brand Marketing, PR, Consumer Products, Distribution/Platforms, Brand Partnerships, and senior company leadership. You aren't afraid to lead or follow as circumstances dictate.
